Payment For Goods
Payment must be made up front for the full amount before goods will be placed on order and delivered to you. When paying by cheque the funds must clear before we place goods on order. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Cheque, moneybookers e-wallet and bank transfer. Additionally, we allow the Google Checkout third party checkout which includes the above credit/debit cards.
Returns & Cancellations
From the point of placing your order you have 7 days to cancel the order for a full refund. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we are under no obligation to accept returns or issue refunds for items which are made to order or have been assembled (if delivered flat packed). In cases where you have received an item that you do not wish to keep then you are required to take satisfactory care of the product until such a time that it can be collected by us. You will be issued a refund minus the original delivery cost, to be completed within 28 days.
Faults & Damage
It is your duty to inspect the items for damage after they have been delivered. As you may not be able to do this immediately, we will allow 7 days from the point of delivery for you to report faults or damage to us by either phone or email (please include your order reference). In either case we will offer an exchange, refund or allowance. When possible we will inspect items before dispatch, but this is not always an option due to items being pre-packaged. Please try and provide photographic evidence as this will assist us.
Delivery
Delivery prices & timescales quoted apply to orders placed via our website only; if placing an order in store or by phone then these may vary. Delivery is made by one person so if possible assistance should be provided. Any delivery dates given should be taken as estimates. Our courier will phone you before intended delivery, for this reason we require a telephone number during checkout. Any special delivery requirements should be made known to us in advance, by either email or telephone call. We will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Typically, delivery will take place 7-14 days from when the goods are in stock, but can take longer in certain circumstances. To find your delivery time you should take the lead time + 7-14 days.
Lead Times
A lead time is the time it takes for a company to manufacturer and deliver your items to our warehouse. This is NOT a delivery time to the customer and should not be treated as such. Lead times are approximate, but are stated using the most common delivery timescales from previous orders. During certain busy periods lead times may be extended (Easter, Christmas, etc).
Product Information & Pricing
We reserve the right to cancel any order which has been mis-priced. We try to ensure that all information in our products is as accurate as possible, however sometimes there may be mistakes. Information on items is provided by the manufacturer and as such as will not be held accountable for incorrect dimensions or other attributes. You should acknowledge that finishes & fabrics provided are to be used as a guide only and may differ from the final product.
